Recording permissions

Use desktop Chrome. Allow the browser to use the screen, camera, or microphone you select. On macOS, also check the browser’s screen-recording permission in System Settings. Try a short recording after changing permissions.

Local projects and exports

Keep enough free space for recordings and exports. Local projects belong to this browser profile and origin. Download a project backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device.

Include your browser version, operating system, export settings, and visible error when reporting a problem. Share media only if you choose to.
